Mr. Ramji Munshi Mr. Meghdut Dutta Ms. Champa Pal...................for the petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing of the Title Appeal No. 31 of 2014 pending before the learned Judge, 13th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

It appears from record that hearing of the appeal was fixed on August 31, 2023. Mr. Munshi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that hearing of the appeal stood adjourned to November 30, 2023.

C.O. 3119 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 13th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta or the learned Judge-in-Charge to take up hearing of the appeal on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably by the end of January, 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.
