Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Civil Court has ordered injunction in a civil suit against the private respondent.

On the petitioner's complaint, the Indpur Police Station, Bankura has taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C.

The petitioner may pursue remedies in the civil suit and/or against any statutory authority in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Indpur Police Station, Bankura dated 26.09.2022 is kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
