Perused the office reports dated 18.12.2023, 23.11.2022, the prayer of Mr Santosh Kumar Chakrabarti, the Learned Advocate, vakalatnama filed under filing no.A19307 dated 07.09.20222 by him for the petitioners, the copy of the death certificate of the erstwhile learned Advocate-On- Record for the petitioners Mr Prithwish Kumar Nag, filed under filing no.1/2023 dated 14.02.2023, the Hon'ble Court's order dated 04.11.2019, the Lawazima Court's order dated 22.12.2022.

While dismissing C.O. No.3624 of 2019 under order dated 04.11.2019, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave to the advocate-on-record for the petitioners to take back the certified copy of the impugned order from the Department upon compliance of usual formalities.

Considering all of the above, the prayer of Mr Santosh Kumar Chakrabarti, the Learned Advocate is allowed for taking back the certified copy of the impugned order from the Department upon compliance of usual formalities.

The department to return the certified copy of the impugned order on proper receipt with undertaking from Mr Santosh Kumar Chakrabarti, the Learned Advocate for the petitioners to refile the same if and when directed by the Hon'ble Court.
