1. This matter was mentioned earlier by Mr. Mukherjee, learned Senior Counsel, expressing difficulty of the petitioner in complying with the bail conditions.

2. An application has been filed disclosing the letter from the Secretary of the Chandannagar Bar Association (Criminal) wherefrom it appears that the members of the Bar were resisted to help the de facto complainant. She is an advocate.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was unable to appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Chandannagar, Hooghly within the time stipulated in the order.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct the applicant to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chinsurah, Hooghly within 10 days from date.

5. The order dated 10th September, 2024 has been modified to the aforesaid extent.
