Case No. 928 of 2025. Subsequently, it has been brought to the notice of this court by way of a Supplementary Affidavit that a Criminal Revisional application has been preferred which is pending before the learned Dist. & Sessions Judge, Purba Bardhaman being CR 73 of 2025.

Since the learned District and Sessions Judge is in seisin of the revisional application, I am of the view

that already the petitioner has taken recourse to the statutory remedies, as such, no interference is called for from this Court.

So far as the other issues which has been contended in the present writ pettion relating to Burdwan PS Case No.

858 of 2025 under Section 85/321(2) of the BNS is concerned, the petitioners states that a notice has been issued under Section 35(3) of the BNSS which has been challenged by way of a revisional application before a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court.

Mr.

Mukherjee, learned Senior advocate, appearing for the private respondent no.7 draws the attention of the court to the allegations made against the police authorities as also the Judicial Officers who have been dealing with the issues.

Be that as it may, State has

submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record.

Since the petitioner has already approached the revisional court challenging the notice issued under Section 35(3) of the BNSS, I am of the opinion that the petitioner be well advised to exhaust his remedies before the revisional Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21656 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
