The O. C., Minakhan Police Station has filed a report dated 14.02.2023 and the same is taken on record. It appears from the report that Ajit Ali Molla has been arrested after 25.01.2023.

It is expected that warrants against the absconding accused is executed as expeditiously as possible. Serious efforts shall be made by the Minakhan Police Station in this regard. Steps for proclamation and attachment shall be made immediately within seven days from date.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
