Typographical error in the judgment and order dated July 4, 2024 is pointed out at the behest of the respondent.

Correction of such error is not being opposed on behalf of the appellants.

In paragraph 2, we referred the person concerned as "the deceased employee" although the employee concerned was medically incapacitated. 4.

Consequently, the word "the deceased employee" be replaced with the word "concerned employee". 5.

The error being apparent on the face of the record is directed to be corrected.

Department will incorporate the correction in paragraph 2 of the judgment and order dated July 4, 2024.
