In view of the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Baruipur being in seisin of the issues, I direct that if the police authorities are facing with any inconveniences, they will submit their report before the concerned civil court.

The petitioner, on the other hand, would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application before the concerned civil court, if there is any

breach of the order passed by the said civil court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21714 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
