Learned advocate for the State submits that five witnesses have been relied upon in order to prove the prosecution's case.

Having considered the overall circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the case as very few witnesses have been relied upon by the prosecution. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to any

of the parties and the trial of the case would continue inspite of any resolution of the local Bar.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1664 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
