None appear on behalf of either parties when the matter is called on today.

It is evident that the present case is appearing in the list from 6th September 2022 and has been called on every day since thereafter when neither of the parties were ever represented. Hence today the matter is taken up for disposal on merit in absence of the parties.

This revision is filed by the petitioner to challenge the entire proceedings in connection with G.R. Case No.1352 of 2014 pending before the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta, arising out of Hare Street Police Station case no. 363 of 2014 dated 21.06.2014 under Sections 406/409/34 of IPC. The petitioner has prayed for an order of this court quashing the entire criminal proceeding as mentioned above initiated against him basically on the ground that the proceedings has been maliciously and falsely initiated against him.

The grounds pleaded by the petitioner appear to be not sufficient and cogent to ensure an order as prayed for him. Hence petitioner's prayer as above is found to be meritless. Accordingly on the finding as above the present revision case being CRR 2809 of 2015 is dismissed. In view of dismissal of this revision the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2015 (Old No: CRAN 4502 of 2015) is also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
