Counsel for the State submits that his client has never objected to the petitioner holding any 'Puja'. They were required to apply through the 'AASAAN Portal' for permission to hold such 'Puja'. Admittedly, the petitioner has not even bothered to apply through the said Portal for holding such 'Puja'. The allegations of the Behala Police is totally baseless and unfounded.

In view of the above, WPA 21952 of 2022 shall stand dismissed with costs, assessed at Rs. 5,100/- payable by the petitioner to the Behala Police Station.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
