The learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents with regard to title of the property in question.

After hearing the respective parties this court finds that the petitioner is claiming a right to cultivate in respect of an agricultural land which is being resisted by the private respondents.

The dispute between the private parties with regard to an immovable property more so with regard to right to cultivation cannot be decided by the Writ Court. The petitioner is left free to approach the appropriate forum for reliefs in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
