1. On a perusal of the writ petition it appears that the matter relates to the Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri.

2. Accordingly, the matter stands released from the list of this Bench.

3. The registry is directed to renumber the writ petition and place the same before the Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri.

4. The present writ petition being WPA 21855 of 2025 shall be treated as disposed of as 'Transferred' in the records of the Principal Bench at Calcutta.
