The revisional application stands disposed of directing the court below to mark commencement of the trial expeditiously as possible after framing of issues in presence of both the parties to this case without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably either on the scheduled date, or if for any reasons whatsoever, the issue could not be framed, the same may be framed within four (04) weeks thereafter, and the logical conclusion of the suit may be reached thereafter at an early date.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate in the court below.
