In spite of service upon the State there is no representation on behalf of the State.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

The present appeal arises out of a proceeding under Section 498A/304B of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 21.09.2020, this Court had directed the appellant to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the local Police Station once in a month during pendency of this appeal.

It is submitted by the appellant that since September, 2020, the appellant has been complying with the said order diligently.

Considering the present circumstances and the conduct of the appellant, the said condition is hereby waived. CRAN 3 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

In spite of Lower Court Records called for, the same has not been received.

Accordingly, a reminder be issued at once and the concerned Court to send the same at once in compliance with the order dated 11.03.2020.

Let the matter appear in the monthly list of August, 2023.
