The instant appeal is not in form. In view of the fact that this is an appeal against the judgement of acquittal in a case under Section 447/323/379/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No prayer is made by the appellant seeking for leave to file appeal. Without such leave the appeal becomes non est. The learned Advocate was also found absent when the matter is called on for hearing.

As the instant appeal is not filed in accordance with law, the same cannot be entertained.
