Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits chemical examiner's report has not been placed before the trial court. Chemical examiner's report is placed before us today. In view of the aforesaid development and nature of the allegations, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
