1. The petitioner has submitted that opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 have misused the opportunity and threatened the petitioner and other witnesses.

2. Opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 have granted bail by the learned Magistrate.

3. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the learned Magistrate who enlarged the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 on bail.

4. With this observation, the application being CRM(DB) No. 3493 of 2023 is disposed of.
