1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner complains of exorbitant police cost being imposed on her of Rs.2,54,000/- for deployment of security over five decimals of land.

3. This Court is of the view that apart from the costs being exorbitant, the police have the responsibility of complying with any order of a Civil or Constitutional Court. The petitioner shall not have to pay the costs indicated by the police.

4. This order shall not be treated as precedent.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
