Case No. 1106 of 1997, the petitioner preferred this application for quashing of the impugned order, learned Trial Court refused to grant adjournment considering the fact that the case was pending for more than nine years and no order of stay was passed by the Hon'ble High Court. The application itself appears to be an instrument to abuse the process of law and is devoid of merit.
