1. The petitioner is absconding since 2019. Prima facie, it shows that 18 crude bombs have been seized from the house of the present accused and forensic examination report is found to be positive, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
