There is little possibility of trial concluding in the near future. He prays for relaxation of condition of bail imposed upon him not to leave the jurisdiction of Berhampore P.S and report to the Officerin-Charge of the said PS once in a week. Report is placed on record.

Nothing adverse is noted in the report.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner as aforesaid and direct that he shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of Berhampore P.S once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
