Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction CRR 3619 of 2022 Smt. Deepika Agarwal(Bajaj) -versus- The Anand Agarwal Mr. Sudipta Kumar Bose Ms. Lipika Nath Mr. Aniruddha Bandyopadhaya ....for the petitioner.

The revisional application was preferred for inordinate delay in disposing of the maintenance application being Misc case No. 394 of 2020 which was a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd court, Howrah. In case the Misc. Case No. 394 of 2020 has not been disposed of, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd court, Howrah is directed to fix at least one date in a month for the purposes of the present case being Misc Case No. 394 of 2020 on and from the next date so fixed so that the trial of the case is concluded within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3619 of 2022 is disposed of.
