And In Re : Romeo Mondal ........ petitioner Mr. Rinku Sen ...... for the petitioner Ms. Z N Khan Mr. Arup Sarkar ...... for the State Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected on merits repeatedly and lastly in March 2022 by this court. Materials on record show petitioner had ravished the victim. Out of shame she committed suicide.

In view of the gravity of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
