Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

An Inadvertent mistake has taken place in the appearance coloumn of this Court's order dated May 21, 2025. The names of the learned advocates appearing for the State has been inserted wrongly, to have appeared for the petitioner.

The name of Mr. Alam, learned advocate be recorded, to have appeared for the State respondent in this Court's order dated May 21, 2025.

The instant petition is filed by the petitioner to seek an order for expeditious disposal of his pending application for transfer, by the added respondent/the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

A report is submitted in Court today by the State respondent confirming the fact that the application for transfer of the petitioner has been duly forwarded to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Let that be taken on record.

The petitioner as well as the respondents are represented today.

Let this writ petition be disposed of with the following directions:- i) Let the respondent West Bengal Central School Service Commission take up the application for transfer of the writ petitioner as forwarded to it by the District Inspector of Schools(SE), Howrah, on August 9, 2022, and consider the same in an appropriate mode (online or off line) and in accordance with law.

ii) Let the application of the writ petitioner as above, be decided by the said authority, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner. Let its decision be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petitioner as above, is disposed of.

10. Since no affidavit is called for in this case, the allegations made in the writ petition, are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
