The petitioners are the sharecroppers who apprehend that they may be evicted and/or thrown away from the said property. The petitioners submits that there is an injunction order existing.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there has been no threat to law and order and/or eminent breach of peace and tranquility and/or chance of forceful eviction.

Be that as it may, the police

authorities have contended in their report that they are vigilant to ensure that status quo is maintained.

Consequently, the police authorities are directed to keep a strict surveillance as also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship presently existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21726 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
