Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent No. 1 in considering and disposing the representation of the petitioners dated 19th April, 2023. The grievance of the petitioners will appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21600 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 to consider and dispose off the aforesaid representation of the petitioners dated 19th April, 2023 by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or its

authorised representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the respondent authority concerned while considering the aforesaid representation will be free to apply its judicious mind independently.
