Banerjee) It has been pointed out that in the first paragraph of the order dated May 6, 2025, it was wrongly recorded that the plaintiff has prayed for a direction upon the "learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 8th Court at Alipore" instead of "learned Civil Judge (Seinor Division), 8th Court at Alipore". Let such error be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated May 6, 2025.
