Learned counsel for the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner is staying at the property in question with her two daughters. The private respondents who are the co-sharers in the suit property are disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioners in respect of the same. They have been harassing and hurling abuses at the petitioner and her daughters. Complaints were made before the police, but no action has been taken.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the States submits that as no cognizable case was made out, only a G. D. was lodged. However, the police are

keeping a close watch on the developments and a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code has been initiated.

It appears that the proceedings under Section 107 was initiated.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this case.

However, the police shall maintain a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

With these observations, the writ application is disposed of.
