Heard the submissions of the learned Advocates. 2.

The petitioner is in custody for more than 194 days. 3.

The learned prosecutor raises strong objection. 4.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the role ascribed by the present petitioner who is the principal accused and the husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to pass any favourable order to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
