This is an application wherein petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 17th June, 2025 by which the warrant of arrest was issued against the present two petitioners. Being aggrieved by the said order learned counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty may be given to them so that they may be surrendered before the Court below. Mr. De, learned counsel, who usually appears before the court on behalf of the State is hereby appointed to represent the State. Concerned authority is directed to regularize the appointment of Mr. De.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the State, the instant application being CRR 4135 of 2025 is hereby disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from this date and in the event of such surrender by the petitioners before the court below, the court below will dispose of their prayers in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made hereinabove. The impugned order dated 17.06.2025 by which warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioners is stayed for a

period of two weeks or till the petitioners surrender before the trial court, whichever is earlier.

It appears that case is pending since 2017, accordingly, learned trial court is requested to make his best endeavour for expeditious disposal of the proceeding.
