As per verification from the Public Grievance Cell the sample registration form which has been disclosed as Annexure P/4 has been stated as a fake document.

The petitioner has failed to disclose the Common Registration Form for Grievance and he has only filed one acknowledgement copy which is at page

24. The petitioner has filed one exception to the affidavit from where I do not find any proper denial of the statement of the State as to the fake document. The exception is kept on record.

I do not find any merit in this application.

The writ application is dismissed.
