In the order dated 13.09.2023 the name of Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury is appearing in the first paragraph as learned advocate engaged on behalf of the State. Instead of the same, it would be Mr. Tanmay Kr. Ghosh, learned advocate, who was engaged to appear on behalf of the State. In the order dated 13.09.2023 the fourth paragraph of second page, the number of revisional application has been wrongly recorded as "CRR 3413 of 2013" instead of "CRR 3412 of 2023". The correct number would be as "CRR 3412 of 2023".

The aforesaid corrections may be incorporated in the order dated 13.09.2023.

Let this order be treated to be a part and parcel of the original order dated 13thSeptember, 2023.

Department is directed to insert the necessary corrections in the said order.
