1. Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record.

2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 2, the Joint Labour Commissioner to refer the matter before the respondent no. 1, the State of West Bengal.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3 has fairly submitted that the conciliation proceedings is still under process and there has been no final decision taken in the conciliation process and as such the present writ application is premature.

4. It is further submitted that the necessary directions may be passed for expeditious conclusion of the conciliation proceedings.

5. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on considering their submissions and also materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.

2, the Joint Labour Commissioner shall make all endeavour to conclude the conciliation proceedings in accordance with law preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

6. WPA 21857 of 2025 stands disposed of.
