Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing their representation dated 19th July, 2023.

Considering the facts and circusmtncese of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21617 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned/ respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their authorised representatives within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned will consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
