28.09.2022 sdas rejected C.R.M.(DB) No. 3264 of 2022 In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Gariahat Police Station Case No. 329 of 2019 dated 12.12.2019 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Dimple Jund .... petitioner Mr. Deepak Prahladka Ms. Reshmi Khatun ....for the petitioner Mr. Saswata Gopal Mukherjee, Ld. PP Mr. Neguive Ahmed, Ld. APP Ms. Sonali Das ...... for the State Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He contends the seized jewellery does not have blood stains.

We are of the opinion such issue requires to be thrashed out during trial.

Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
