And In Re : Sushil Ram ........ petitioner Mr. Amitabha Ghosh Ms. Nabanita Chatterjee ...... for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Mr. Subham Bhakat ...... for the State Statement of minor victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in February, 2022. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
