Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of State and files a report as called for earlier. Let the said report, as filed, be kept on record.

Upon hearing learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and since there is no adverse report against the petitioner, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 11th October, 2018 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Dholahat Police Station until further orders', is waived. However, the petitioner shall continue to meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Dholahat Police Station once a fortnight until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being IA No. CRAN No.1 of 2021 is

disposed of.
