Mr. Biswas, learned Advocate for the petitioner files supplementary affidavit to the writ petition, let it be kept with the record. The failure of the petitioner to furnish 'No Objection Certificate' from her mother-in-law is causing delay in the handing over the appointment letter to the petitioner for her appointment on compassionate ground.

The petitioner in her supplementary affidavit has stated that her mother-in-law namely Smt. Swapna Chatterjee has declined to issue such certificate.

The relationship between the mother-inlaw and the daughter-in-law seems strained, obviously the petitioner is not in a position to have the said certificate from her mother-inlaw.

In view of such position of the matter, the requirement of filing of the said 'No-Objection certificate' is dispensed with, particularly when said Smt. Swapna Chatterjee, the mother of deceased teacher has not raised any objection to the prayer of the petitioner.

The Board, therefore shall hand over the appointment letter to the petitioner without insisting her to furnish the said 'No-Objection certificate'.

The petitioner has been directed to join in the Janardanpur High School (H.S.), Post:

Janardanpur, District: Paschim Medinipur, the authority of the said school, upon production of the necessary documents, shall allow the petitioner to join in her post.

With the above, W.P.A. 22001 of 2022 stands disposed of. There shall however be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
