It appears that the order dated February 8, 2023, has duly been complied with by the Chairman, Jhargram District Primary School Council by submission of statement of pupil teacher ratio to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Let a copy of the letter of submission dated August 9, 2023, be kept with the records.

Learned counsel representing the applicants, however, submits that no further steps have been taken by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

The concerned authority of West Bengal Board of Primary Education has not been made a party in this contempt application.

A copy of the aforesaid Memo has been made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioners. Accordingly, CPAN 1213 of 2023 is disposed of granting liberty upon the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
