As per order dated 17th March, 2021, Mr.Banerjee has appeared before this Court with bank draft amounting to Rs.3,26,602/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred two only) in the name of the de facto complaint/Company.

Mr.Bhattacharjee thankfully accepts the cheque on behalf of the de facto complainant/Company and submits that the instant proceeding may be dropped with an undertaking that the de facto complainant/Company will not claim the amount for which the bank draft has been issued in future and on payment of such bank draft no outstanding claim by and between the parties subsists.

In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the de facto complainant/Company, the instant civil revision be dropped.

A copy of the Advocate's letter along with the copy of the demand draft submitted on behalf of the petitioner/Company be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
