Considering the nature of dispute involved in this writ petition, I am of the view that the same is purely civil in nature and Writ Court is not the appropriate forum for redressal of such grievance raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition being WPA 21630 of 2023 is disposed of by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law for redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition.
