Petitioner submits he is registered with the Council of Homeopathy as a Homeopathic doctor. He prays for quashing of the proceeding wherein it is alleged he is practising medicine.

We have considered the materials on record.

Uncontroverted allegations in the First Information Report as well as materials collected during investigation show petitioner is practising medicine as an allopathic Doctor. Investigation reveals prescriptions describing the petitioner as an MBBS MD Doctor had been seized. These incriminating circumstances prima facie disclose petitioner is practicing allopathy although he is not registered under the Medical Council of India. No case for interference at this stage is made out.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. 4.

Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocate for the petitioner on usual undertaking.
