1. The petitioner is absconding for 4 years. Prima facie, it appears that from the godown of the petitioner large quantity of molasses have been recovered, which have been used for manufacturing illegal country liquor.

2. In view of the aforesaid conduct and also the incriminating materials available in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
