Mr. Koushik Roy ..for the petitioner The petitioner seeks consideration of his representation for demolition of an alleged unauthorised construction by Respondent No. 10. The petitioner claims to be a neighbour of Respondent No. 10. The photograph annexed to the writ petition indicates the existence of a substantial two-storied building at the time of filing of the writ petition.

This Court is not inclined to adjudicate upon the issue of whether the construction was made without a sanctioned plan at the instance of the petitioner. The petitioner, being a neighbour, has approached this Court only after completion of the building, having consciously allowed respondent no.10 to proceed with and complete the construction. After completion thereof, the petitioner cannot now expect this Writ Court to initiate demolition proceedings on the ground of absence of sanction.

In view of the above, this writ petition is not entertained.

Accordingly, WPA 21868 of 2025 is dismissed.
