Mr. Batabyal, learned advocate appears on behalf of the contemnor and files compliance report. The contemnor is also present before this Court pursuant to the rule issued by this Court on 02.04.2026. At the time of hearing Mr. Batabyal, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor draws attention of this Court to page no. 8 of the compliance report as filed today. It is submitted that from the said page being a copy of the provisional mutation order dated 23.04.2026, it would reveal that the order of this Court as passed on 15.05.2025 in WPA 24881 of 2024 is fully complied with.

Accordingly, this Court finds sufficient merit in the submission of Mr. Batabyal.

In view of such, nothing remains to be decided in the instant contempt application.

With the aforementioned observations, the instant contempt application is disposed of.

The rule as issued against the contemnor on 02.04.2026 is hereby recalled and the contemnor is hereby discharged from the said rule.
