....For the State At the outset the typographical error appearing in the description of the learned advocates in the first page of the order dated September 30, 2022 is corrected as Mr. Asish Kumar Guha in place of Mr. Asish Kumar Gupta.

Another typographical mistake in the third page of the said order dated September 30, 2022, the correction should be Mr. Asish Kumar Guha in place of Mr. Asish Kumar Gupta.

Office These corrections be incorporated by the department concerned and read into the said order dated September 30, 2022.

Mr. Barnamoy Basak, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner has already admitted to for the relevant Nursing Course Under Graduate Level at Barasat Nursing Training School and she has already attending the regular classes.

This Court is of the considered view that nothing in effect survives in this writ petition except an academic aspect.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 22009 of 2022 stands dismissed, without any order as to costs. The interim order, already passed in the writ petition, stands vacated.
