College, Krishnanagar, Nadia. She has been selected for a Ph.D. program under Sidho-KanhoBirsha University at Purulia. To enroll in the said program, the petitioner was required to submit a 'No Objection Certificate' from the college. The college granted a "No Objection Certificate" but the same was not accepted by the university stating that the certificate is not in the required format.

The college is represented.

It has been submitted by the college that it shall issue a fresh 'No Objection Certificate" in favour of the petitioner within a period of three days from date in the format as required.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. If, the petitioner produces the fresh 'No Objection Certificate' to Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University for her enrolment in Ph.D. program within

seven days from date, the university shall accept the same extending the last date of submission.

WPA 21641 of 2023 is disposed of.
