The revisional application was preferred challenging the investigation proiceedings of Bauria Police Station Case No.136 of 2018 dated 17.06.2018 under Sections 448/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(I)(X) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Pursuant to the order dated 10.06.2021, Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State produces the Case Diary which reflects that on 18.06.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted by the Investigating Agency.

In view of the change of circumstance which has taken place during the pendency of this revisional application, I am of the

view that present revisional application has become infructuous as such C.R.R.3118 of 2019 is dismissed.

However, the petitioners will be at liberty to file a fresh application by taking into account the changed circumstances. All connected applications are disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
