It is submitted co-accuseds have been granted bail by this court.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record.

Bail prayers of the petitioners were rejected in June, 2022 after considering the grant of bail to co-accuseds. There is no change in circumstances since then.

In view of the aforesaid fact and gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
